“Carolyn and Doug, your farmhouse is an absolute delight. Spacious and homely. We loved having the fire going and the comfy king size beds were a treat. The cozy cellar door was a highlight of the weekend. Amazing food and even better wine. Thank you for your friendly and accommodating hospitality. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. “   Ben

“Highly recommend Doug and Carolyn’s place for a relaxing weekend away. While their farmhouse is conveniently close to Daylesford, it is far enough away to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay. Their place is spacious and spotless and they generously provide all the provisions you need for a full breakfast. Great communicators which made for a seamless arrival. They also run a cellar door on their property which serves a great lunch and wine from their vineyard. Would definitely stay again.”  Peonie

“We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. It was meticulously clean with thoughtful touches such as a prepared fireplace, full breakfast provisions and a bottle of sparkling waiting for us. The location was perfect – convenient to town, but secluded enough to really immerse in that ‘tree change’ for city people. Carolyn was responsive throughout the booking process and hosted a wonderful wine tasting at the cellar door, complete with a local’s insight into other destinations on our trip.”  Katherine
