2018 Sparkling Hepburn ($32 single bottle / $28.80 bottle per dozen)
A premium sparkling wine made by the Traditional methode champenoise from selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit. Fresh crisp citrus flavours are enriched with a creamy texture—an ideal aperitif and perfect celebratory wine. Alc/Vol: 11.8%
2021 ‘Kooroocheang’ Oaked Chardonnay ($32 single bottle / $28.80 bottle per dozen)
Barrel fermented with natural malo-lactic fermentation, a full bodied well balanced wine with great intensity, complex aromas and big melon fruit flavours. Alc/Vol: 13%
2021 ‘Moorookyle’ Unoaked Chardonnay ($26 single bottle / $23.40 bottle per dozen)
This fresh fruit driven and slightly sweeter style has been fermented without the use of oak and is ready to be enjoyed now. Alc/Vol: 12.5%
2022 Captains Rosé ($29 single bottle / $26.10 bottle per dozen)
Made from the free-run juice of Pinot Noir grapes, this luscious Rosé has lovely floral aromas with a touch of sweetness—best served chilled on a warm summer’s day! Alc/Vol: 13.0%
2020 ‘Seven Hills’ Pinot Noir ($38 single bottle / $34.20 bottle per dozen)
Matured in French Oak for 12 months, this wine displays aromas of red berries and cherries with hints of spice. The palate is soft and silky with flavours of red cherry, plum and fine supple tannins. Only 150 dozen bottles produced. Alc/Vol: 13%
2022 ‘Sparkling ’Bullarook’ ($45 single bottle – Maximum 6 bottle purchase )
A limited release methode champenoise sparkling Pinot Noir. Only 600 bottles produced. Alc/Vol: 13.5%
2019 Sparkling ‘Alexandra’ Apple Cider ($30 per 750ml bottle / $27 bottle per dozen)
A bottle fermented methode champenoise cider made from a blend of certified organic apple varieties. Alc/Vol 10.0%
2019 Cloudy Apple Cider ($12 single 660ml bottle / $10.80 bottle per dozen)
A dry and cloudy bottle conditioned funky style made from the Captains apples. Alc/Vol : 7.0% SOLD OUT

A sweeter still style without the sediment made from the Captains apples. Alc/Vol: 7.0%

Made from the juice of unripe Pinot and Chardonnay grapes, this verjuice has wonderful zesty tart flavours that make it ideal for many culinary uses, or alternatively as a refreshing non-alcoholic drink!
